Original query information
Start with the query block and confirm that it shows the identifier you submitted. A mistyped phone digit or username character may point to a different subject. The report creation time describes the query, not necessarily when every underlying record originated.
Category coverage
In the supplied interface example, coverage is divided into categories, some containing records and others empty. Use this as a content map. The share of populated categories is not a probability of correct identification. An empty category does not prove that the information does not exist elsewhere.
The summary
The summary provides quick access to key returned values. It does not replace the details: a field may contain several variants, refer to different periods or need clarification. First identify matches with your original input, then examine additional values and their context.
Sources and individual records
Move from the summary to information groups and listed sources. Consider any available dates or explanations. Identical records may come from the same source; repetition does not create independent confirmations. Treat unclear provenance as a limitation.
